## Steps
- Mail your product to (FHB Group, Priemyselná 3, Svätý Jur – 900 21, Slovakia).
- Pay for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Pack items securely; include any accessories/leaflets.
- Once received/processed, we issue the refund (see timing below).
