## Short answer
You can manage everything in **My Account → Subscriptions**: pause/skip, change pack size, next charge date, address, or cancel anytime.
## Steps
- Go to **My Account → Subscriptions → Manage**.
- Choose **Change quantity/pack** or **Change next charge date**.
- Update **shipping address** or **payment method**.
- To cancel, select **Cancel subscription** and confirm.
## If/Then
- **If you don’t have a password yet** → use the **account creation/reset** link with your checkout email.
## What we need from you
- Email used for the subscription
- Desired change (e.g., “upgrade to 90‑chew pack”)
## Notes
- Upgrading to a larger pack usually lowers the **per‑chew price**.
