Delays can happen due to courier backlogs or weather. We’ll help you nudge the courier and keep things moving.

## Steps

- Check the **last tracking scan** and any courier notices.

- If there’s **no movement for 3+ business days**, contact us— we’ll open a courier ticket.

- For **attempted delivery**, use the courier’s re-delivery tools or reply and we’ll assist.

## If/Then

- **If tracking shows “Delivered” but you’re missing the parcel** → please check neighbours/boxes; then contact us.

- **If it’s stuck at customs** → we’ll advise what documents (if any) are required.

- Country + postcode
