## Short answer

We can update your address **before dispatch**. If it has already shipped, we’ll request a redirect with the courier where possible.

## Steps

- Send your **full new address** (street, number, city, ZIP, country) and **phone**.

- If you prefer a **pickup point**, share its name/ID.

- We’ll confirm the change or advise next steps if it has shipped.

## If/Then

- **If the parcel already shipped** → we’ll try a courier redirect (availability varies by country).

- **If the country is wrong** → we usually need to **cancel and reorder** to the correct country.

## What we need from you

- Order number

- New full address + phone

- Optional: pickup point name/ID

## Notes

- We can’t deliver to PO Boxes in some countries.

- Address edits are best requested **within a few hours** of ordering.
